BEFORE THE MEETING

Check the agenda for the next meeting for roles and who are the evaluators.
Contact the evaluators and discuss the projects.
Prepare an explanation of your role.

DURING THE MEETING

Listen to all assignments and make notes for positive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Give the explanation of your role.
At the end of each meeting section, give a report about how the meeting went and how people performed.
